How will my sessions look?

Wether you choose to have your appointment online or in person, we will work closely together to create a suitable plan for you. We will simply have a conversation about what aspects you are looking to change and think of ways how this can be achieved.

The initial meeting will revolve around your goals and getting to know each other. After this session, the meetings will start with a review of the time period between our last session and any concerns you have regarding the plan. If you would like to make changes to the plan or something is not working for you, we can easily find an alternative way!

Will I have regular sessions?

Regular sessions are highly recommended to help you stay consistent, reflect on your progress, and build lasting patterns. Change takes time, and having ongoing support can make a significant difference in achieving your wellbeing and nutrition goals.

I understand that everyone’s preferences and lifestyles are different therefore If you prefer a more flexible or minimal approach to sessions, I’m happy to accommodate what works best for you. My goal is to support you in a way that feels right for your lifestyle—whatever helps you succeed, I’m here for it.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your unique goals. Whether you're looking for guidance on incorporating more nutritious foods into your diet, aiming to lose or gain weight, build muscle, or simply become a healthier version of you , I will tailor the process to meet your specific needs. Your journey is individual, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What if I can’t make a session?

If you are unable to make a session, no payment is required if contact has been made within 24hours of your session. This allows for the session to be reallocated to another client. If no contact has been made to let me know you can’t make a session, you will still be charged the session fee.
